Seven new tools, built on the website you already own — now including the two additions you asked for on July 1: a Social Media section under the Media Hub, and dedicated Market & Submarket pages you can navigate to straight from the interactive map.
Turton already has a site you love and that's earning referrals. The next step isn't a redesign — it's adding capability. Today, your best content lives inside PDFs and hand-built offering memorandums: time-intensive to produce and invisible to search engines and AI. This platform moves that value onto the site itself, where it works for you around the clock.
Every listing currently means a custom offering memorandum — hours of layout, copy and design, per property. We move that content onto the property page and let the site generate the brochure for you, on demand.
A growing share of buyers and tenants now start with AI, not a search bar. Content buried in PDFs is invisible to them. We restructure your content and add the schema, signals and search experience that get Turton cited in the answer.
Every capability below is modular — take the full platform, start with the essentials, or choose à la carte. The two newest tools, added July 17 in direct response to your July 1 notes, are marked NEW. Pricing is in the Investment section.
After reviewing the proposal, you flagged two things: the Social Media section under the Media Hub, and individual market / submarket pages reachable from the map — "descriptions, data, photos, video etc., separate from the hover-over features." Both are now scoped and priced below, exactly as requested.
For the Complete Platform, plan on roughly 6–8 weeks from kickoff to launch, with both July additions built inside the same window — the Social Media section lands in the first half of the build, the Market & Submarket template in the second. The single biggest schedule driver is content: the sooner your team supplies market data, photos and video, the sooner we launch.
Week 1 — We align on scope, brand and the content plan, and confirm which tools you're starting with.
Weeks 2–5 — We develop and test everything on a private staging copy — your live site is never disrupted.
Weeks 5–7 — Your team loads content into the new tools; we refine across the agreed rounds of review.
Week 8 — We go live and hand over screen-cast training so your team owns the day-to-day.
Bundle and the per-tool pricing comes down. Most clients begin with the essentials and add the rest as a natural next phase.

One-time build pricing. 50% to begin, 50% on delivery — the same structure as your original engagement. You populate ongoing content; we build the tools and train your team. Additional page templates follow the standard $1,800 each. The social feed platform's annual license (typically $98–$299/yr, tier-dependent) is billed at cost with no markup.
Your change outline is thorough, and a few of its items sit outside this quote by design. Nothing here is a "no" — anything on the right can be scoped and priced whenever you're ready. We'd rather draw the line clearly now than surprise each other later.
This isn't a redesign or a do-over — it's new capability added to the foundation we already built together. Because we know your codebase, there's no ramp-up and no rebuild: more of your budget goes into the tools themselves.
Everything is developed and tested on a private copy of your site and shown to you before anything goes live. The site you love today keeps running exactly as-is throughout — News and all.
